I ran on Saturday but didn't eat well. I'm having a hard time getting back on track food wise. I also realized that I have been counting my healthy ohs as 3 points instead of 2. On to the logging and recommitting.

Me too....I have been eating okay but not exercising as much as I should and not logging as much as I should....
