Chicken's Monday

I ran on Saturday but didn't eat well. I'm having a hard time getting back on track food wise. I also realized that I have been counting my healthy ohs as 3 points instead of 2. On to the logging and recommitting.

Light & Fit yogurt 1 point

Exercise
Last workout C25K week 1 -25 minutes

100 cal popcorn 2 points

Lunch
LC Basil Chicken 6 points

Dinner
Turkey Burger 11 points
Left over chicken enchilada 7 points

Me too....I have been eating okay but not exercising as much as I should and not logging as much as I should....
