Monday for Mishka

Breakfast

English muffin w/lite laughing cow and 1 serving of ham lunchmeat
Water w/diluted gatorade
Multivitamin
Calcium supplement

Exercise

Walked 3 miles in 40 minutes
3 sets of 10 lunges on each leg

Lunch

Gardenburger on english muffin w/1 slice of cheddar, ketchup and onion
6 oz of iced tea

Snack

3 Hershey Kisses
1 Barq's rootbeer

Dinner

10 saltine crackers
1 cup of wonton soup
Water w/diluted gatorade
