After eating very well all day, getting a good night's sleep and going to the chiropractor & massage yesterday, I woke up feeling better and more alert than I had in weeks. Funny how that works, eh?
Thankfully, I stayed exactly the same weight this week as last week, so I have less to lose overall. Chicken and I had yoga today and it was great to stretch and relax!
