6" Subway roastbeef on wheat

1 Yoplait Lite yogurt
3 servings of edamame (steamed soybeans)
6 pieces of bbq eel sushi roll

Exercise kind of got sidelined by errands that had to be dealt with but I was on my feet most of the day volunteering so I am sure I got a fair amount of walking in. Tomorrow I am walking a 5K race in the morning and I'll try to get a second workout in later in the day.
