Well I can tell that I have lost weight although I haven't weighed myself. I'll start weighing myself in a couple of weeks. I don't want to do it right now because I don't want to get super depressed.
Bill and I ran three times last week. This is our goal so we can start on the One hour runner program. I don't have him convinced of this yet but we will see.
