I have been trying to focus on working out regularly and not eating too many carbs, sugars or fats in a day...like if I have a meal that has bread, pasta or rice in it, I try not to eat more than one serving size and then I am also careful about the rest of my meals for the day that they focus on veggies and protein (with some dairy thrown in there for good measure). I think I am already seeing results.
I have been doing walks with lunges pretty regularly but my recent mauling by my friend's cat has incapacitated my left hand for the next week (not for typing but for golfing, tennis or weight lifting), so I am doing Wii Fit as much as I can as well. I am getting much better at the Yoga (my instructor and my balance board tell me so...haha). I am also trying to get a bit of sun on my pale body because I always feel better about myself with a little bit of a tan (I am careful to not get burnt).
I am also finding that if I knock off the procrastination and actually get some things accomplished this makes me feel better about things as a whole...
So in conclusion, I just wanted to mention that even though I am not posting regularly here (sometimes logging my food puts more stress and guilt on me because I don't have the time to do it correctly), doesn't mean I have given up the cause...I am still completely in the fight.

Hey I understand about not logging. I'm not doing it on the weekend and am not beating myself up over it if I don't although I'm going to try this weekend.
Great idea on reducing the carbs. I think that I would lose weight a lot faster if I reduced mine. So after today that will be another goal.
