Wednesday for Mishka

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in olive oil
2 slices of multigrain bread
1 serving of cheddar cheese
2 tangerines
3 strawberries
1 lg tea w/sugar and non-fat milk

Exercise

1 hour of raquetball

Lunch

6 inch roastbeef Subway sandwich w/pepperjack cheese, all veggies and a little chipolte dressing
1 serving of Funyun chips
1 Diet Coke
1 Dekavita
