Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

1 English muffin
1 cup of tea w/sugar and non-fat milk
1 Fuji apple
2 small tangerines

Lunch

1 slice of quiche
1 small cinnamon roll
1 cup of coffee
Cut fruit

Dinner

Raw veggies and fruit

Exercise

20 minutes of yoga therapy
