1 small bowl of jushi rice
1 scoop of Blue Seal mintchip icecream
1 Dekavita
Dinner
1 protein drink w/banana
1 lg salad w/tomato, carrot, and sunflower seeds and 1 serving of Ranch dressing
Exercise
90 minutes of raquetball
