Sunday for Mishka

Breakfast

2 eggs, fried in olive oil
1 english muffin
1 serving of cheddar cheese
1 Fuji apple
6 strawberries
1 lrg coffee w/sugar and non-fat milk

Lunch

1 sweet potato
1 serving of roasted almonds
1 glass of iced tea

Dinner

1 avocado
1 can of tuna w/relish, onion and mustard
5 cherry tomatoes
1 sweet potato
