1 banana
2 small tangerines
Lg coffee

Exercise

2.5 miles walking, 40 minutes

Snack

Tall Nonfat Chai Latte

Exercise

1.5 miles walking 25 minutes

Lunch

Tuna and salmon sashimi
Tuna and shrimp roll
Green tea
Edamame

Exercise

1 hour raquetball
25 min Wii Fit

Dinner

Protein drink w/banana
Salad w/tomato, sunflower seeds, carrots, tangerine and sesame dressing
Zucchini steamed with 1 tbs ranch dressing
