1 banana
1 lg cup of coffee w/lowfat milk and sugar
Snack
2 small sweetbean cakes
Small cup of coffee
Lunch (board meeting)
1 cup of veggies
1 salad w/vinegar and sesame dressing
2 meatballs
1 serving of baked fish
1 cookie
1 small green tea brownie
Iced tea
1 scoop of mashed red potato w/skin
1/4 cup green chili soup
Exercise
1 1/2 hours lifting weights, legs, shoulders and abs (circuit training style)
Dinner
1 Yoplait light w/ 1/2 serving of roasted unsalted peanuts thrown in
