I have been slacking the last few weeks...only sporadic exercising and telling myself that I can start again tomorrow every time I catch myself eating something that I shouldn't be or quanties that are too large....
So this is the last day of April and even though I tend to like to restart my week on Mondays, I am thinking that May Day is as good as any to get a fresh start. I have a goal to lose 20 pounds, feel fitter and be healthier by the end of July...that is not asking too much of myself. I know that if I just buckle down on the portions, have a little bit of willpower when something yummy but bad for me is in my path, and make exercising a priority, I can do it...
