Walking w/Jocelyn and Ruby, 2 hours
Snack
Pocari Sweat drink (similar to Gatorade)
Lunch
1 serving of corn tortillas
1/2 cup of black beans
3 egg white scrambled w/1 tsp of lite olive oil, onion, garlic and red bellpeppers
Iced tea (like my grandma used to make)
