Mishka's Friday

Breakfast

1 onion bagel w/lowfat cc onion and tomato
Lrg coffee w/nonfat organic milk and sugar

Exercise

53 minutes 5.4K walking

Lunch (at N's Cafe)

Lunch platter (tiny portions of several items)

Salad
Soup
Crouissant (best one I have ever had)
Pasta w/mushroom and red sauce
Hamburger steak
Mash potato
Fish w/shrimp
Sliver of chocolate tart
Sm scoop of raspberry sorbet
2 iced coffees (1 teaspoon of liquid sweetner each)
Water

Dinner

1 piece of roasted chicken
2 cups of salad w/1 tbs of ranch dressing
Water
2 small glasses of wine
1 decaf iced coffee black
