1/2 cup of nonfat organic milk
1 cup of cubed mango
Lrg coffee w/nonfat organic milk and sugar
Lunch
1/2 cup of chicken taco soup
1 cup of walnut, spinach, feta, mango salad
1 biscuit
1 slice of pepper bread
Water
Exercise
45 minutes weight lifting backs, abs and biceps (circuit training style)
Dinner
Slimfast drink
Lowfat yogurt w/peanuts added
