Breakfast

1/2 cup jasmine rice warmed up
1 tbs sugar
1/2 cup of nonfat organic milk
1 cup of diced mango
lrg coffee w/nonfat milk and sugar

Snack (while tutoring English)

1 tall nonfat chai latte
1 slice of poppyseed w/cream cheese bread

Lunch

1/2 sushi shrimp roll
Edamame
Tuna and salmon sashimi
Green tea

Dinner

Slimfast drink
Strawberries
