Aunt Flo showed up this morning so my eating is going to be weird for the first two days...hopefully I'll be working out more to make up for it...
Breakfast
1 serving of Simple Harvest Quaker Oatmeal
6 oz of non fat milk
1 Fuji apple
Exercise
2.0 miles walking in 36 minutes
Lunch
1 can of tuna in water
1 serving of mayo, mustard, onion and relish
10 water crackers
1 green tea (unsweetened)
Snack
1 serving of lightly salted cashews
1 Dekavita C
Dinner
1 veggie burger on English muffin, w/1/2 serving of cheddar, mustard, ketchup and onions
1 salad w/lettuce, corn, nonfat feta, sunflower seeds, and Japanese sesame dressing
Water
Snack (so I could take drugs for cramps)
1 simple harvest granola bar (100 calories)
6 oz of nonfat milk
Exercise (with cramps and all)
20 minutes, level 1 Jillian's 30 day shred
