Wednesday for Mishka

Started doing WW points (not officially but by using the stuff my sis has and what I could find on the net) so I can track my food better (and take into factor any high fiber stuff I eat). Based on my current weight I can have 22 pts a day.

Breakfast

Exercise

12 mins of stretching, 160 situps, and 80 pushups

1 cup of blueberries/raspberries 1pt
Salad w/bleu cheese dressing 4pt
