3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with onions, green pepper, 1 tbs of oil, garlic, and pepper (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of coffee (cheat of 1 tsp of sugar and milk)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, calcium and zinc supplements
Lunch
1/2 cup of chicken soup (no noodles)
1 hotdog frank
1 yogurt (1 of my probiotics)
1 Luna protein bar
1 16 oz glass of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner (on the road)
10 baby carrots
1 plum sized tomato
1 8 oz glass of water (1 of my waters)
Kind of a hectic day, so I didn't get all the water and fruits in...
