8 oz of strawberry kefir (1 of my probiotics, 1 of my fruits)
1 scoop protein powder
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Multivitamin, glucosamine and calcium supplements


32 oz of water (4 of my waters)
4 oz of tilapia
Brussel sprouts
Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)


8 oz of ground turkey with laab spices
1/2 head of cabbage
2 shots of vodka (cheat)
