Mishka's Monday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tsp oil, pico de gallo, garlic, and pepper
Red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk
32 oz of water
1 Hydroxycut packet

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training

Lunch

Shrimp/avocado brown rice sushi
Steamed edamame
16 oz of water
Green tea

Dinner

Hummus and carrots
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts
