Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp of oil, pico de gallo, and salsa
Red seedless grapes
16 oz of water
1 cup of coffee w/organic sugar and nonfat milk

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water

Lunch

Salmon steamed
Edamame steamed
Black tea w/organic sugar and nonfat milk
16 oz of water

Dinner

16 oz of water
Hummus with baby carrots
1 zucchini steamed with 1 tbs of parm
