Okay, I have been terrible this week about being on a diet and/or logging when I am. Tomorrow is Monday and a great day for me to get back at it. I have less than 6 lbs to lose to be at my goal weight (the hardest 6 lbs), and I am not giving up even if I have had a bad week. Tomorrow is circuit training as well so that will help me stick to the plan. I'll be sticking to Cycle 1 lists, no excuses!!
