Mishka's Tuesday

Well, I am finally back from being out of town for a couple of weeks...and eating stuff I shouldn't have. I gained 2 lbs back so this morning I decided to repeat Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet to see if I could shed those pounds as well as a few of their friend pounds and get closer to my goal weight.

Breakfast

2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tsp oil, salsa and cilantro (1 of my fats)
1/2 cup of blueberries (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of organic sugar (cheat)

Lunch

4 oz of steamed tilapia with salsa
1 cup of steamed peas
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

1/2 chicken breast cooked in water, lemon juice, pepper, garlic and sesame seeds
Spring greens with mushrooms, carrots, cucumber, tomato, and red bellpepper
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Snack

Yogurt with unsalted, dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
