8 steamed brussel sprouts
1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 trail mix bar
Exercise
3.25 hilly miles running in 45 mins
Dinner
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1/2 bag of baby carrots
1/4 cup jalapeño hummus
8 oz of nonfat milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1 banana (1 of my fruits)
