Mishka's Thursday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk w/1 tsp oil, pico, garlic, onion, bellpepper, and pepper (1 of my fats)
1/2 cup of blueberries (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training

Lunch

Tuna/avocado brown rice sushi (1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
Squid and veggies
Diet Coke
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Exercise

2.32 hilly miles in 29 mins (best time yet 12:29 min)

Dinner

3 fresh shrimp spring rolls
1 tbs hoisin sauce w/crushed dry roasted unsalted peanuts
2 shots of vodka
Diet tonic water
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
