1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
1 mixed nut trail bar

Dinner
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Steamed broccoli
Chicken breast cooked in sweet chicken chili sauce, sesame oil and rooster sauce (1 of my fats)
Yogurt w/dry roasted and unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
40 cal Fudgsicle (cheat)
