Sunday For Mishka

Trying to get back at it...in fact, have been trying for several weeks now but something derails the diet each time and then I start over. At least I am not giving up...LOL.

Anyhow, today, I started fresh again.

Breakfast


Protein drink with 8 oz of fat free milk and 1/2 cup of blackberries
Water
Coffee with 1 tsp sugar, nonfat milk
Vitamins

Lunch

Steamed salmon
Steamed brussel sprouts
1/2 of small cantalope
Water

Snack


Chai tea w/ 1 tsp sugar, nonfat milk
2 Japanese rice crackers
1 serving of dry roasted unsalted peanuts
6 double stuffed (jalepeƱo/garlic) green olives
Water

Exercise

20 mins of abs
15 mins swimming in the pool
