Mishka's Thursday

Day 7

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk scrambled w/onion, bellpepper, pico de gallo
1 tsp of low fat sour cream, Tabasco
1 serving of red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar, nonfat half and half
16 oz of water

Exercise


2.3 hilly miles in 31 mins
4 sets of walking lunges, 10 each leg
80 situps
45 pushups

Lunch

1 serving of pineapple
1 serving of steamed zucchini
1 tbs of lowfat sourcream
Sprinkling of parmesan cheese

Dinner

Laab gai
Cabbage
Cucumber
Yogurt w/pineapple and dry roasted, unsalted nuts
