Cup of mushroom soup
Water
Dinner
3/4 cup of Laab Mu (spicy Thai ground pork w/mint)
2 cups of raw green cabbage (large pieces to eat the laab with)
1/3 of large cucumber, peeled and sliced
Water
Snack
6 oz of organic honey yogurt mixed with 1 serving of dry roasted peanuts (unsalted), and 1/2 cup of chunked fresh pineapple
