1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
1 banana
Lemon water and vitamins
Lunch
Vanilla protein drink w/almond milk, spinach, pear, and ginger
20 dry roasted, unsalted almonds
Lemon water
Dinner
Salad greens w/shrimp, artichoke hearts, cucumber, tomato, and corn
1 tbs of roasted sunflower seeds
2 tbs of roasted sesame dressing
Water
Snack
4 tbs of plain honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
