2 corn tortillas
2 tbs of black beans
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
1/2 cup of red seedless grapes
Water and vitamins
Lunch
5 water crackers
2 tbs of cream cheese
1/2 can of baby smoked oysters
1 serving of almond dark chocolate bark
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Water
Dinner
3 tbs of small curd cottage cheese
2 tbs of salsa
10 tortilla chips
