Mishka's Wednesday Food

Breakfast

2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, scrambled w/onions, bellpepper, salsa, 1 slice of provolone, and cilantro
2 corn tortillas
2 tbs of black beans
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
1/2 cup of red seedless grapes
Water and vitamins

Lunch (at the mall with my aunt)

1 cup of fried rice
2 eggrolls
3/4 cup of Kung Pao Chicken
16 oz of Diet Coke

Snack (at grocery store)

1 Starbucks Frappachino (mocha)

Dinner

5 water crackers
2 tbs of cream cheese
1/2 can of baby smoked oysters
1 pear
Water with Emergen-C

Snack

6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
