Mishka's Tuesday Food

Breakfast

Fuji apple w/almond butter
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Water and vitamins

Snack

16 oz mocha

Lunch

1 Subway sandwich on wheat with all the veggies
1 small bag of Sunchips
Iced tea

Dinner

Steamed asparagus w/sauted chicken breast
Water

Snack

4 tbs of plain honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
