2 egg whites w/onion, bellpepper, garlic, cilantro, slice of provolone, Rooster sauce
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almondmilk
Water and vitamins
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
Lunch
Slimquick packet
4 oz of steamed salmon
10 steamed brussel sprouts
Water
Dinner
Protein shake w/almond milk, banana and spinach
1/2 cup of edamame, steamed
2 cups of popcorn w/Tabasco and fresh grated parmesan
Snack
1/2 serving of tootsie rolls (just had to have a chocolate fix)
