Mishka's Sunday Food

Breakfast

2 tbs of jasmine rice
2 egg whites w/onion, bellpepper, garlic, cilantro, slice of provolone, Rooster sauce
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almondmilk
Water and vitamins
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes

Lunch

3/4 cup of cottage cheese
2 tbs of salsa
Tortilla chips
Water
Small protein bar

Dinner

1 cup of steamed zucchini
6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
Small handful of dry roasted unsalted almonds

Snack

8 oz of peppermint dark hot chocolate w/almond milk
3 oz of dark chocolate almond thin bark
