1 small beef burrito

Dinner
Spring greens w/mushrooms, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, 1/2 avocado, artichoke hearts
2 tbs of blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup of sauteed chicken breast, cubed
Snack
6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
Handful of dry roasted unsalted almonds
