1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almondmilk
Water and vitamins
Snack
Chips w/green salsa
Lunch
1 mini cheese enchilada
1/4 cup of spanish rice
1/4 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of salad w/tomato and onion with balsamic vinegar
2 12 oz glasses of raspberry iced tea
Dinner
5 tbs of organic honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
