1/2 cup of steamed rice w/lite soy sauce
Ginger and wasabi
Cup of miso soup
Dinner
Steamed acorn squash w/margarine and raw sugar
Salad greens w/chicken, artichoke hearts, carrots, tomatoe, sunflower seeds
2 tbs of blue cheese dressing
Lemon water
Snack
4 tbs of plain honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
