Small Fuji apple w/2 slices of provolone
Snack
1 serving of dark chocolate almond bark
Dinner
1/3 cup of small curd cottage cheese w/2 tbs salsa
10 tortilla chips
Snack
Hot chocolate
10 water crackers w/almond butter
