Steamed salmon filet
8 steamed brussel sprouts
Water
Snack
16 oz of DutchBros Kicker
Dinner (out with family)
2 bowls of Olive Garden salad
3 breadsticks
1/2 cup of seafood alfredo (rest came home as leftovers)
6 oz of malbec
