Mishka's Wednesday Food

Breakfast

1 Fuji apple w/ almond butter
1 cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Water and vitamins

Snack

16 oz mocha (no whip cream)

Lunch

Tuna sashimi
Edamame
Philly roll
Ocha
Water

Dinner (at Gma's with family)

1 serving of linguine with 1/2 cup of alfredo sauce
1 cup of steamed broccoli w/ 1 tbs of sour cream
1 small slice of garlic bread
Water
8 oz of shiraz

Snack

Thin slice of red velvet cake roll
