2 cups of coffee w/half and half and 1 tsp of sugar
Lunch

Protein drink w/almond milk, spinach, frozen banana and ginger
Stirfried bean sprouts w/garlic and Rooster sauce
Steamed green peas
Water
Snack
6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
