Mishka's Monday Food

Breakfast

1 egg white scrambled with cheese and onions
1/2 biscuit w/sausage gravy
1 1/2 slices of bacon
Lemon water
2 cups of coffee w/half and half and 1 tsp of sugar

Lunch

1 egg white scrambled with cheese and onions
1/2 biscuit w/sausage gravy
1 1/2 slices of bacon
2 small glasses of iced tea (slightly sweetened)

Dinner

Protein drink w/almond milk, spinach, frozen banana and ginger
Stirfried bean sprouts w/garlic and Rooster sauce
Steamed green peas
Water

Snack

6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
