Mishka's Tuesday Food

Breakfast

1 Fuji apple w/almond butter
Lemon water
1 cup of coffee w/evaporated milk and 1 tsp of raw sugar

Lunch

Udon soup with tempura
Green tea
Water
Ika (squid sushi)
Sake (salmon sushi)
Edamame
1/2 an orange

Dinner

3/4 cup of small curd cottage cheese
2 tbs of salsa
Tortilla chips
2 12 oz porters
