Mishka's Wednesday Food

Breakfast

2 hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and evaporated milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Snack

Large hot Kicker

Lunch

Onion bagel w/cream cheese, lox, capers, onions and tomato
Lemon water

Dinner

Bowl of Tom Kha Gia (Thai Coconut Chicken soup)
Lemon water

Snack

1 serving of dark chocolate almond bark
