Eating For Mishka on Tuesday

Breakfast

3/4 cup of steamed jasmine rice w/almond milk, raisins, pecans, butter and 1 tsp raw sugar
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

3/4 cup of teriyaki chicken w/ 1/2 cup of steamed purple rice
Small salad
4 pieces of california roll
4 small gyozas
Iced tea

Snack

3 mini peppermint patties

Dinner

1 taco
1 mexican pizza
Lemon water

Snack

6 oz of kefir
1/2 cup of dried fruit, nuts and yogurt chips
