Friday Eats For Mishka

Breakfast

3 egg whites w/pico de gallo, garlic and provolone
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

Beef soup with pork meatballs, onion, rice stick and mushrooms
Lemon water
1 cup of ginger breakfast black tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
2 pieces of ginger dark chocolate

Snack

Clementine
Lemon water

Dinner

Beef soup with pork meatballs, onion, rice stick and mushrooms
Lemon water

Snack

4 tbs of plain honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
