Thursday Eats For Mishka

Breakfast

Everything Bagelthin toasted
2 slices of provolone
2 fried eggs w/mayo and mustard
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

1 avocado stuffed w/tuna salad
Clementine
Lemon water

Snack

1 cup of ginger breakfast black tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
2 pieces of chocolate

Dinner

Tuna salad
15 whole wheat water crackers
3 slices of provolone cheese
Lemon water

Snack

6 oz of kefir
1/4 dried  fruit, nuts and yogurt drops
